NORTHVILLE — The Community Collaboration Council  (CCC) held a public meeting on July 13 to discuss a variety of topics which included projects the council has achieved since it began.
Some of the projects currently in progress include getting broadband hot spots in the area, the status of the area’s sewer and infrastructure systems, Northville Central School District’s progression with technology, the possibility of new senior housing coming to the area and the relationship between the CCC and the Fulton Montgomery Regional Chamber of Commerce.
During the meeting, the group introduced a place branding survey to those in attendance. The survey, which can be accessed at www.surveymonkey.com/r/NvillePlace16, is a 10-question survey on which people are urged to share their opinions of the area. Northville/Northampton and the CCC is asking residents, visitors, and even those who have never been to the area to take the survey which will only be available online until August 12.  The survey can be taken online or there are paper copies at the Paul Bradt Building in the Village. The Northville/Northampton and the CCC will use this information in forming a brand for the Northville/Northampton region with visuals and language that are consistent when marketing the area.
