• Daniel C. Kozlowski, 16, of 1795 Route 107, Amsterdam, was arrested at Broadalbin-Perth High School on Jan. 13, and charged with petit larceny. Kozlowski is alleged to have taken the donation jar from Tim Horton’s Convenience Store. The jar contained approximately $25. Kozlowski was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Perth Town Court at a later date.
• Eric M. Austin, 25, of 19 Homestead Drive, Gloversville, was arrested on Jan. 20 and charged with third-degree criminal mischief, a class E felony. Austin, an inmate at the Fulton County Correctional Facility, was allegedly observed damaging property in the correctional facility. Austin is scheduled to appear in the Johnstown City Court at a later date. He remains in the correctional facility.
• Cindy Brunetto, 35, of 119 South Melcher St., Johnstown, was arrested on Jan. 22 on a Bench Warrant issued by Fulton County Court Judge Hoye. Brunetto was remanded to the Fulton County Correctional Facility and will appear in county court for arraignment at a later date.
• Kyle Anderson, 28, of 50 Montgomery St., Gloversville, was arrested on Jan. 22 on a bench warrant issued by the Mayfield Town Court. Anderson was arraigned in the Mayfield Town Court and released after paying a fine.
• Ryan G. Edwards, 26, of 442 Route 152, Northampton, was arrested on Jan. 5 and charged with felony criminal mischief and resisting arrest. Edwards is accused of having smashed the front windows of his mother’s residence with porch furniture following an argument with family members in which both the residence and furniture were damaged. After being placed under arrest, Edwards allegedly became combative and had to be subdued with pepper spray. He was arraigned in Broadalbin Town Court and remanded to the Fulton County Correctional Facility on $5,000 cash/$1,000 bond bail.
• Tammy L. Bottomley, 36, of Glen Avenue, Amsterdam, was arrested at the Fulton County Sheriff’s Office on Jan. 9, and charged with trespass. Bottomley allegedly trespassed onto another persons property without their permission. She was issued an appearance ticket to appear in Mayfield Town Court at a later date.
• Zachary E. Malagisi, 18, of McNab Street, Gloversville, was arrested on Jan. 1 at the Stewart’s Shop on Route 29A in the town of Johnstown and charged with unlawful possession of an alcoholic beverage by persons under 21, a violation of the alcohol beverage control law, and consumption of an alcoholic beverage in a motor vehicle, in violation of the vehicle and traffic safety law. Malagisi was allegedly found in a vehicle parked at the fuel pumps after the store was closed. A search of the vehicle resulted in the finding of an alcoholic beverage allegedly possessed by Malagisi. He was issued an appearance ticket to return to court at a later date to answer both charges.
