Music by the Lake Concert Series in Long Lake Continues with the Steam Donkeys

The Steam Donkeys
The Steam Donkeys will be performing a free concert Saturday, August 12th at 6 p.m. at the Long Lake Town Beach, 1258 Main Street as part of the new concert series, Music by the Lake.
The Steam Donkeys formed in 1991 in Buffalo, NY with members Buck Quigley, Charlie Quill, John Brady and Kyle Brock. The Steam Donkey’s authentic country music has been seen and heard for more than two decades throughout Buffalo, Western New York and in up and down the Eastern Seaboard. They can regularly be seen in Buffalo NY performing at the infamous Sportsman’s Tavern, a must stop for all music emerging from the Buffalo music scene.
The Steam Donkeys recorded works include: Buffalo, NY, Little Honky Tonks, Cosmic Americana, and Songs From a Stolen Guitar The band also has featured material on Bubbapalooza, Vol. 1, an anthology of non-Nashville country and roots music.
Parking is available at the Long Lake Municipal lot at 1179 Main Street, Long Lake Town Hall or Long Lake Central School. Food will be sold on site for by Long Lake’s Fat River Foods featuring grilled sausage and pepper sandwiches, steak sandwiches, quesadilla’s and summer specials to be announced.
Rain location for the Steam Donkey’s concert will be the Long Lake Town Hall at 1204 Main Street Long Lake.
