The Fulton Montgomery Regional Chamber of Commerce helped promote Debi’s Barber Shop, a new business in Gloversville and a new Chamber member, with a recent ribbon-cutting event. Owner and operator Debi Bush is an experienced barber who worked at Barone’s Barbershop for 12 years providing professional gentlemen’s and boys’ haircuts. At 50 Elmwood Avenue, Debi’s Barber Shop offers straight razor head shaves, face shaves, hot towel shaves with massage, beard and mustache trim, edge ups, flat tops, high fades and more. Debi even has a loyalty program – buy 10 cuts get next free. The Shop has a vintage feel and there are refreshments offered for customers including coffee, tea and hot chocolate. Debi’s Barber Shop is open Tuesday through Thursday 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 6 p.m., Saturday 7 a.m. to noon, and closed Sunday and Monday.
