The most extreme generosity shown
To the editor:
My name is Nikki Preston (Larman/Hemstreet), a 39-year mother (Alayna, Chandler, Jordan & Jared), (wife to Ralph L. Preston Jr.) who was diagnosed with colorectal cancer in November 2007. Time has passed and now the cancer has spread to other major organs. In the months, March and April we were fortunate enough to be the beneficiaries of the most extreme generosity one could ever imagine, from a number of sources. We would like to take this opportunity to make a humble attempt to say thank you for what you have done, continue to do and plan to do.

Pizza Supreme, Broadalbin, Sincerest gratitude to the Entire Calderone Family. (+all their staff/patronage)
We have done our best to keep a list of companies and names that helped us with the events but I am sure there is someone and/or something that we have missed and we want you to know you did not go unnoticed. We would not be where we are today if it wasn’t for our community, friends, family, strangers and acquaintances; there aren’t enough words to express deepest, sincerest appreciation.
In closing, I would like to share a quote I read in a book from a friend that we should all be living:
Faith is not something you have. It’s something you do, this kind of faith can turn a noun into an action verb quicker than you can say, “See-Spot-Run.” (A Quick Word w/Beth Moore.)
This is what we have learned from the generosity and faith of others. God Bless you all.
In Christian love,
Ralph & Nikki Preston ,
Broadalbin
