Queensbury 70,
Broadalbin-Perth 48
Raymond Bethel scored a game-high 26 points as the Spartans raced past B-P.
Killian Switzer chipped in nine points and Alston Moses added eight for Queensbury (12-6, 10-4 Foothills).
B-P (2-16, 2-12) got 12 points from R.J. Pingitore and nine from Ethan Church.
Western Athletic Conference
B-K-W 57,
Mayfield 34
Garret Pitcher scored a game-high 15 points, and the Bulldogs raced out to a 17-6 lead after the first quarter en route to powering past Mayfield.
Nate Krimsky, Tyler Sigond and Jake Farnam all scored eight points for B-K-W, which had its lead pared to eight points heading into the fourth quarter before outscoring Mayfield 22-7 over the final eight minutes.
Andrew Haschytz scored 10 points and Dylan Toscano added nine to pace the Panthers.
Duanesburg 40,
Northville 38
Adam Fiacco had 10 points as the Eagles edged Northville in a WAC crossover matchup at Fulton-Montgomery Community College.
Liam Flaherty chipped in nine points for Duanesburg (6-12, 1-9), while Dustin Thomas and Sean McGarry each scored six.
Barcley Hayward knocked down three 3-pointers on his way to a game-high 16 points for the Falcons (3-15, 2-10).
Schoharie 54, Mayfield 38
Craig Stalker and Connor Brown scored 14 and 13 points, respectively to lead Schoharie to a 54-38 victory over Mayfield in a Western Athletic Conference crossover game last Wednesday night.
Andrew Haschytz poured in 13 points and Dylan Toscano and Thomas Perham chipped in with six points apiece to lead Mayfield.
Middleburgh 51, Northville 46
Brandon Richards tallied a game-high 20 points and Jared Boyles added 13 points to lift Middleburgh past Northville.
Barclay Hayward had 14 points and Jim Grego scored 10 points for Northville (2-10, 3-14).
GIRLS BASKETBALL
Foothills Council
B-P girls fall
QUEENSBURY — Jamie McLaughlin had 13 points and 10 rebounds as the Lady Spartans outscored Broadalbin-Perth 15-5 in the fourth quarter the close out the Foothills Council girls basketball season with a 53-43 win Monday.
Kara Tecl added 12 points and Jillian Davis scored 10 for Queensbury.
Kaitlin Wood paced B-P with a game-high 21 points, while Katie Herba chipped in 11 points of her own.
Hudson Falls downs Broadalbin-Perth
BROADALBIN — Nicole Sheloski poured in a game-high 12 points and Sara Casey added nine points to lead Hudson Falls to a 49-21 victory over Broadalbin-Perth in a Foothills Council girls basketball game last Thursday night.
Hudson Falls led 21-11 at the intermission before taking charge with a 19-3 outburst in the third quarter.
Kaitlin Wood had five points and Mackenzie Ottati and Kelsey Tesiero each had four points to lead B-P.
Western Athletic Conference
Saratoga Catholic 42,
Mayfield 25
The Lady Saints held Mayfield scoreless in the first quarter and never looked back in posting a win at Fulton-Montgomery Community College.
Meghan Mensler chipped in 10 points and Molly Cioffi scored eight for Saratoga Catholic.
The Lady Panthers were led by Alex Sheldon’s 12 points.
