EDINBURG - On the Wings of Sound, this season’s summer classical concert series continues with an exciting joint performance of The Saratoga Chamber Players and The Sherman Chamber Ensemble.

The blend of string quartet and flute will feature accomplished musicians Jill Levy, concertmaster for the Albany Symphony, on violin, Carmit Zori on violin, Toby Appel on viola, Eliot Bailen on cello and Susan Rotholz on flute.

This 12th season finale is presented by the Sacandaga Valley Arts Network (SVAN) and the town of Edinburg, and will take place at 7 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 13 at the Batchellerville Presbyterian Church, at the bridge in Edinburg.

Tickets will be available in at the door, and are priced at $15 for adults ($12 for SVAN members) and as always, children of school age will be admitted free with an adult. For more information, contact Jeanne MacCorkle at 863-4466.
